Private Duty Nursing provides one-on-one skilled nursing care delivered by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the patient’s home or residential setting.
Unlike Home Health, which typically provides intermittent visits for a limited episode of care, Private Duty Nursing can provide extended nursing support based on the patient’s clinical condition, physician recommendations, and approved payer benefits.
